Join us for a special meal showcasing Friulian cuisine with Chef Stefano Buttazzoni. Standing reception begins at 6:30 PM. Sit-down dinner begins at 7:00 PM. The experience is in collaboration with The Fogolâr Furlan of Northern California and Friuli Italian Wines. Reservations required.
Chef Buttazzoni's menu includes the following, with an optional wine pairing:
● Frico burger with sweet onion, corn & chicory, crispy pancetta
● Pan seared house made salame with Sirk apple vinegar & crispy polenta
● Aged Friuli “lardo” from Timau, Chestnut compote & aged aceto balsamico
● Carnaroli rice simmered with medley of sweet onions & Parmigiano Reggiano
● Classic red wine marinated & braised Venison, vegetables, caramelized mix red berries & polenta
● Warm Gubana di Cividale cake, a speciaity of Friuli, & vanilla sauce
