In celebration of cuisines around the world, the resort offers a Global Cuisine Series on select weekend dates throughout the year featuring award-winning chefs from the Bay Area and beyond.

Navio welcomes guest chef Noah Sandoval of two Michelin-starred Oriole of Chicago for a Global Cuisine Series brunch collaboration highlighting several dishes of Oriole’s contemporary American cuisine. During the two-hour experience, we invite you to order to your heart’s desire. Enjoy fresh seafood, farmer’s market inspired salads, traditional brunch favorites with a seasonal spin, prime cuts, specialty desserts, and more.

Oriole has received a four-star rating from the Chicago Tribune and two Michelin stars every year since 2016. Chef Sandoval is also a James Beard Award-nominated chef and was named a Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2017.
