In celebration of cuisines around the world, the resort offers a Global Cuisine Series on select weekend dates throughout the year featuring award-winning chefs from the Bay Area and beyond.

During the November series, savor an exclusive collaboration between Chef Francisco Simón and Chef Noah Sandoval of two Michelin-starred Oriole of Chicago. Serving artfully presented coastal cuisine, the seven-course Chef’s Tasting Menu dinner will feature Chef Sandoval’s acclaimed contemporary American cuisine.

Oriole has received a four-star rating from the Chicago Tribune and Chicago magazine, and two Michelin stars every year since 2016. In 2022, Oriole was named Restaurant of the Year by the Jean Banchet Awards. Sandoval is also a James Beard Award-nominated chef and was named a Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2017.
