Caroline Beteta is the President & CEO of Visit California, a nonprofit organization promoting California as a premier travel destination. Under her leadership, Visit California has become a global marketing powerhouse, driving growth to our golden state.

 

She serves as the lead spokesperson for California’s travel industry and is a strategic advisor to the Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development (GO-Biz), helping steer the state’s travel industry through recovery efforts amid various crises. Previously, she chaired Brand USA, directing its $200 million global program. She guided the successful merger of the Travel Industry Association with the Travel Business Roundtable and the creation of Brand USA. Caroline has received numerous accolades, including induction into the U.S. Travel Association’s Hall of Leaders.
