As one of the few authentically independent companies, we have the freedom to cultivate partnerships with local farmers and suppliers and to provide fresh foods that nourish the body and the mind.

COOKING FROM SCRATCH

We dedicate ourselves to cooking from scratch, avoiding frozen or prepared foods that are high in fat, sodium, or sugar. We build menus by the season—there are no “menu cycles from the home office” involved. We buy and cook by Mother Nature’s abundance and on her schedule.
