CSA - Subscription Boxes

Community-supported agriculture, commonly referred to as CSA, is a system that connects farmers to consumers allowing the consumer to subscribe to the harvest from a certain farm. A CSA represents a shared commitment — community members commit to share the risks and benefits of farming both in bounty and scarcity. The CSA model provides farmers with a secure customer base, keeps revenue flowing in the community, provides an opportunity for consumers to connect with the farms, and decreases packaging and pollution.
