Partners are provided with login access to our Partner Portal, which allows for the quick and easy listing of events and promotions. Partners may also upload media to their business listing, including images, videos, and menus, to let visitors, eventgoers, and locals know what their business has to offer.

Partners are provided access to photo / video Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal Partners are granted access to use the images and videos for promotional purposes free of charge. Some photos require proper photo credit.

EVENT SPACE LEADS:

The SFP has a team of sales professionals who represent our partners at trade shows, and conferences, and through proactive prospecting for future events. We also distribute event space leads of all sizes and types. Partners have the opportunity to put together custom proposals to be sent directly to clients looking for a venue to hold their event.

Partner event listings are available 24/7 on our website calendar which is promoted via Google Ads. The SFP Event listings page is our most visited page.

REGULAR UPDATES:

The SFP publishes a number of regular email communication newsletters – Partner, Meeting Planner, CEO, and Visitors. The Partner Newsletters include information on local hospitality industry news, travel trends, and features. Visitor Newsletters promote special offers to visitors, and the Meeting Planner Newsletter is targeted to a curated list of active meeting planners.

NETWORKING EVENTS:

Partners may attend our mixers (4x year), which will allow them to obtain valuable business contacts and form professional relationships with other SFP partners. Additionally, partners have the opportunity to host future mixers, where they can showcase their venue.

ACCESS TO OUR CONVENTION CALENDAR:

A frequently updated calendar containing exclusive information on future conference and convention bookings is available to all of our partners for their planning and promotional efforts. The information noted on the calendar may include the client/planner name, address, phone, event attendance, and event location, allowing for partners to market their businesses to planners as they please.
