ACCESS TO OUR CONVENTION CALENDAR: A frequently updated calendar containing exclusive information on future conference and convention bookings is available to all of our partners for their planning and promotional efforts. The information noted on the calendar may include the client/planner name, address, phone, event attendance, and event location, allowing for partners to market their businesses to planners as they please.

ONLINE CALENDAR: Partner event listings are available 24/7 on our website calendar which is promoted via Google Ads.

NETWORKING EVENTS: Partners may attend our mixers, which allow for them to obtain valuable business contacts and form professional relationships with other Bureau partners. Additionally, partners have the opportunity to host mixers, where they can showcase their venue!

WEBSITE: All partners receive tremendous exposure on our mobile-friendly website and are provided login access to our Partner Portal, which allows for the quick and easy listing of events and promotions. Partners may also upload media to their businesses' listings, including images, videos, and menus, so as to let visitors, event-goers, and locals know what their business has to offer.

REGULAR UPDATES: Partner E-Bulletins include information on upcoming special events and activities, as well as general hospitality industry news. Visitor E-Newsletters promote special offers to visitors.

PARTNER ROSTERS: Send your message to fellow Bureau partners. These names and addresses are available through the partner-only log-in on our website.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Tourism plays an enormous role in the area’s economy. You help to ensure economic vitality by being a partner!


MEETING PLANNER CONNECTIONS: The San Francisco Peninsula works with meeting planners to help them coordinate conferences, meetings, and other events across the Peninsula. After we confirm a contract with a meeting planner, we provide them with assistance with venue selection for off-site dinners, dine-around, tourism information, and other literature to distribute to event attendees.

BANQUET & TRANSPORTATION LEADS: We also distribute banquet and transportation leads of all sizes and types, from associations and both corporate and private groups. Partners have the opportunity to put together custom proposals to be sent directly to clients.

GROUP PACKAGES: Upon meeting planners’ requests, we also put together packages including information and promotions featuring our local dining and entertainment partners.

FAM TOURS: We conduct individual and group Familiarization or “FAM” Tours for meeting planners, media, and others. Partners are heavily featured on these tours, to maximize media exposure and potential patronage from tour groups.

EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS: Partners have the opportunity to be featured in our blog posts and editorials, as well as on our social media accounts and in our other promotional publications.
