Partners are provided access to photo / video content through the Digital Asset Management (DAM) portal. Partners are granted access to use the images and videos for promotional purposes free of charge. Some photos require proper photo credit.

Partners have the opportunity to put together custom proposals to be sent directly to clients looking for a venue to hold their event.

Partner event listings are available 24/7 on our website calendar which is promoted via Google Ads. The SFP Event listings page is our most visited page.

The SFP publishes a number of regular email communication newsletters – Partner, Meeting Planner, CEO, and Visitors. The Partner Newsletters include information on local hospitality industry news, travel trends, and features. Visitor Newsletters promote special offers to visitors, and the Meeting Planner Newsletter is targeted to a curated list of active meeting planners.
