Ananda Valley Farm is nestled amongst hills and canyons on 67 acres of rich farmland just north of Half Moon Bay and two miles from the beach. This land that has been lovingly farmed for more than 100 years. Water is available year-round from a mountain-top spring that Native Americans have long considered sacred.

Ananda Valley Farm offers annual CSA subscriptions (Community Supported Agriculture). It's our mission to serve organic food lovers in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially Coastside (Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Miramar, Princeton, Moss Beach, Montara, Pacifica), and the Peninsula (Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and nearby cities).

When you join our CSA, you join in the seasonal life of a farm. Your weekly box contains 8-12 different vegetables, and sometimes fruit when in season.  We choose all non-GMO varieties and continue to refine our choices to the best tasting ones, rather than the quickest growing ones.

A seasonal snapshot of what you'll enjoy:

Spring: Lettuce, Kale, Carrots, Cabbage, Sugar Snap Peas, Green and Red Chard, Radishes, Broccoli, and Beets

Summer: Green Beans, Cauliflower, Red Tomatoes, Sun Gold Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Cauliflower, Bell Peppers, Kohlrabi, Green Onions, Chives (PLUS any or all of the spring veggies)

Fall: Winter Squash - such as Butternut, Acorn, and Delicata (PLUS any or all of the spring and summer veggies)

In addition, you will sometimes find surprises and wilder items like Wild Amaranth or Indian Spinach.
