With its vibrant ambiance, it creates an energetic, nostalgic yet contemporary dining experience, proudly showcasing timeless techniques and heirloom ingredients.
The chef takes pride in blending traditional Indian cuisine with local California produce that showcases authentic and long-preserved dishes with robust flavors. Signature dishes include Chole Bhature, Poori Aloo, Aloo Tikki Chaat, Galouti Kebab, Manchurian Cauliflower, Avocado & Raisin Bhel, Pesto Paneer, Delhi-style Chicken Curry and Walnut & Fig Kofta. The restaurant also offers a full bar with craft cocktails.
Broadway Masala welcomes small groups into the restaurant. Full-service catering is available for private events around the Peninsula and they can create custom lunch boxes for corporate campuses.
