At honeybythebay.com, our beehives are located in the backyards of the San Francisco Peninsula, mostly in Belmont and San Mateo. We keep our bees in a sustainable, treatment free manner. No chemicals, no pollination, no stress.
Our honey is special in so many ways
Our small scale operation allows us to pay special attention to the detail. We don't mix honey coming from different colonies or apiaries. The color of the honey reflects the nectar source and time of the year, when the bees collected it. The bees have worked hard for every drop of it, and we do our part as well.
