Jettywave is a distillery experience that embraces the modern northern California coastal life. Jettywave was founded with the principles of riding beach cruisers to work and waving at passing friends along the breakwater to deliver a distillery experience worthy of the modern California coastal life. Their heirloom ingredients are sourced as close to Half Moon Bay as possible.
The Swell Lounge
Relax in the outdoor garden lounge with fresh cocktails, local beer, and wine. Summer hours are Fridays 3-8 PM, Saturdays 12-8 PM, and Sundays 12-6 PM. Local's Night is the First Thursday 3-8 PM.
Half Moon Shine
Organic corn and barley, sourced here in northern California, is open-fermented over five foggy days to slowly capture the essence of the grain in reclaimed redwood fermenters, a process Jettywave calls "fog fermentation". Unlike its Appalachian origins, Half Moon Shine is delicate and smooth and is intended to savor mildly chilled or enjoyed in a Moonshine Sour or your favorite cocktail.
