Selby’s celebrates classic American continental cuisine with a menu that showcases the one Michelin star restaurant’s unique relationship with SMIP Ranch. Selby’s can accommodate private parties for up to 70 guests in our four private dining rooms. The entire restaurant is available for buyout, accommodating up to 150 seated guests, and 250 guests for standing reception and cocktail parties. Dinner nightly from 5:00-9:00 PM; complimentary valet and street parking.
