Working exclusively with Northern California’s freshest and most seasonal produce, Wildseed serves up hearty, healthy, and satisfying meals that pull in global flavors and techniques alongside creative cocktails, local beer and local, vegan, organic, and biodynamic wines. With a background in globally-inspired Californian cuisine, Chef Alejandro Morgan has created a menu that is seasonal by nature, pulling in global techniques and flavors, and focusing on freshness, vibrancy, and seasonality. The goal of the food is to make vegetables the star of the show without sacrificing heartiness or flavor.
