Tourism Marketing District

During September, 2023, member hotels supported the creation of a Tourism Marketing District which will fund sales and marketing efforts of the destination. Below is a list of resources available to our Hoteliers.

1. Management District Plan – Outlines details of both the District’s boundaries and pro-forma of Marketing Plan.

2. Webinar Recording on how to remit TMD collections – Provides step by step details on how to access and make payments via the online TMD portal.

3. Accessing the TMD online portal – This portal was created to aid Hoteliers in completing monthly remittances. Note: TMD payments are due no later than the last day of the following month. Hoteliers should direct questions directly to HdL Companies via: BurlingameTMD@Hdlgov.com, (650) 844-6689 (Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM).
