Located in the heart of Downtown Redwood City, Sushi Shin opened in January 2020 and earned a MICHELIN Star in 2021 and 2022. Having more than 20 years of expertise and specialization in Japanese sushi, Chef Jason is the owner-chef of Sushi Shin. In addition to traditional techniques and knowledge, he loves to explore and create new dishes to excite customers using high-quality and seasonal ingredients. MICHELIN inspectors described Chef Jason's efforts as “ an impressive show at his counter."
Sushi Shin is open for dining Wednesday through Sunday from 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Reservations can be made through their website one month in advance.
